This is an agreement between you or the entity you represent and Letsupp Krushi having an address at Old Saroj Motor Compound, Next To General Post  Office, Aurangabad Road,  Ahmednagar,Maharastra,404001, India governing your use of our free android mobile application made available by us to you at no cost. We refer to all of these products as “Services” in this policy. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations (hereinafter, you and Letsupp Krushi may sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”). If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the service and products we provide. By accessing our Services, you agree with these terms and with Privacy Policy. We provide an array of services for a smart tool for the future of farming, to upgrade farmers to a global level by empowering them with agricultural developments and educating them through an expert team in agriculture. Through the app, the aim is to build a smart expertise quote which will further enrich the lives of farmers and their families, farmers will be able to maintain their farming expenses, and enable them with additional data that can be used in the future. With information like weather reports, detailed crop information, the usage of cutting-edge agricultural implements, crop market pricing, and success tales from experimental farmers, poultry, dairy, and fisheries, the Letsupp Krushi app will also cover local events, political trends, and significant agricultural activity. (hereinafter “Service” or “Services”).
You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal purposes in the organisation you represent. You may connect to the Services using any mobile application supported by the Services.
You are also responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can also use such an application to sell your produce efficiently as well as use the information to improve your knowledge and technical know- with regards to expansion in the agricultural field.
We reserve the right to fully or partially discontinue, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, any of the Services with or without notice to you. You agree that Letsupp Krushi will not be liable to you or any third party for any harm related to, arising out of, or caused by the modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Services for any reason.

Terms of Becoming a User:

You need to sign up for a user account by providing all the required information to access or use the Services. You agree to: a) be responsible for any activity that occurs through your account keeping your password secret and secure; b) not to open an account on behalf of third parties. In case you open an account on behalf of a third party, then “you” includes you and that third party, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the third party to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on the third party’s behalf; c) not create accounts with the Service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.

Complaints and Feedback:

We welcome feedback of any sort and are always interested in learning about ways we can make our Services better. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. By accepting your submission, we do not waive any rights to use similar or related Feedback previously known to Letsupp Krushi, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. By submitting a complaint regarding your account, you authorize Letsupp Krushi’s team to check Content on your account as required to address the issue. If we receive a complaint from any person against you concerning your activities as part of the use of the Services, we will forward the complaint to the primary email address of your user account. You must respond to the complainant directly within 10 days of receiving the complaint forwarded by us and copy Letsupp Krushi in the communication. If you do not respond to the complainant within 10 days from the date of our email to you, we may disclose your name and contact information to the complainant for enabling the complainant to take legal action against you. You understand that your failure to respond to the forwarded complaint within the 10 days’ time limit will be construed as your implicit consent to disclosure of your name and contact information to the complainant.

General use of conduct:

1. Your use of this Letsupp Krushi application and the Services, including any Content you may submit, will comply with this terms and conditions, any applicable Services Agreement or policy that may apply to your Services and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
3. You must validate your mobile number or email to use our Services.
4. You mustmay not post or suggest Content violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other Content via the Service.
5. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to us upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.
6. You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of any other user.
7. You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not Content private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person’s credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.
8. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content.
9. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service, whether online or offline.
10. You agree that Letsupp Krushi is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user.
11. You are solely responsible for the information you use which should not contain any defaming misleading language or discriminating statements. You agree to Content true and accurate information while providing any information and details.
12. You are solely responsible for the photos and logos you use from your device or from using internet browsers which should not defame any individual, groups, political parties or entities.
13. You shall not violate any law prohibiting discrimination against any person on account of race, colour, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age and physically handicapped.
14. You are solely responsible for usage and changes made in brand logos, graphics, stickers, pictures, videos, fonts maybe freely available in public domain or purchased by you.
15. You shall not access Letsupp Krushi Content (as defined below) or User Content through any technology or means other than through this Letsupp Krushi Application itself, or as Company may designate.
16. You will be liable for every activity that takes place within your user profile. You are responsible for protecting any password that you use to access this application. No abuse, harassment, threats, impersonation or bullying is allowed on the Letsupp Krushi application. This application should not be used for unlawful or unlicensed purpose.
17. You shall not during the usage of the Letsupp Krushi application make remark or other expression that would defame any public or political party, image or logo.
18. You shall not use any image Content (in whole or in part) as a registered trademark, service mark, logo or other marks of origin, or as part of the above use.
19. You shall not falsely or reasonably implied that the Content of the image is created or claimed to be the copyright of the work by someone other than you or the copyright holder of the image Content.

User Content:

All Content submitted through your Account in “Krushi Blog” shall be considered as User Content and you will be able to post User Content after receiving the permission from us. By posting or publishing User Content to this Letsupp Krushi application or to or via the Services, you represent and warrant to Company that

1. “Content” means, for the Letsupp Krushi application, including images, details, information, (as defined herein)
2. you have all necessary rights to distribute User Content via this Letsupp Krushi application or via the Services, either because you are the author of the User Content and have the right to distribute the same, or because you have the appropriate distribution rights, licenses, consents, and/or permissions to use, in writing, from the copyright or other owner of the User Content, and
3. the User Content should not violate the rights of any third party. You shall be solely responsible for any and all of your User Content or User Content that is submitted through your Account, and the consequences of, and requirements for, distributing it.

Third Party Content:

1. The User agrees not to use the Services negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the User agrees not to take part in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests or rights of the application or third parties, particularly, the owners of the Third-party Content
2. We are is not the provider of the Third-party Content and does not present itself as owner of such Content. Furthermore, displaying the search result and the link does not imply any relationship between us and the third party, third party shall be responsible for the third-party content.
3. We do not select, examine, control, guarantee, approve, sponsor or identify itself in any form with the Third-Party Content resulting of the searches made by the Users. The Third-Party content is the sole responsibility of the third parties that make them available to the public over the Internet.
4. The User will be able to access the corresponding third-party application and download Third Party Content under the terms and conditions established by such third parties. We shall not be a party or be involved in any way in the relationship between the User and the corresponding third party. The User undertakes to read and comply with the terms and conditions established by such third parties for the download and use of Third-Party content.
5. We are not a party and does not take part in the relationship between the User and the third party that offers the Third-Party content, and it is not directly or indirectly responsible for the performance, omissions, errors, negligence or breaches of the Users or such third parties. Any claim from the Users regarding the Third-Party content must be addressed to the relevant third parties through the linked application.

User Account and Purchasing service, Registration Obligations:

1. If you use the Letsupp Krushi application, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the Terms of Use. We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Letsupp Krushi application and refuse to provide You with access to the Letsupp Krushi application.
2. Your mobile number and/or e-mail address is treated as your primary identifier on the Letsupp Krushi application. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile number and your email address is up to date on the Letsupp Krushi application at all times. You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Letsupp Krushi application through onetime password verification.
3. You agree that We shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your display name in cases where you have failed to update your revised mobile number and/or e-mail address on the Letsupp Krushi application.

License to use our Services:

Subject to the provisions in the Terms, Letsupp Krushi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Letsupp Krushi Services.

Disclaimers:

Letsupp Krushi is a platform where You can avail Letsupp Krushi Services including but limited to sale and purchase of products and services. While Letsupp Krushi attempts to make user-generated Content available through the Service, Letsupp Krushi make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the application or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the application for any purpose. Your use of the platform and Aany reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk and does not guarantee access to or hosting of, your user-generated Content. For example, if user-generated Content violates these Terms of Service, access to it may be disabled.
Also, if a particular piece of Content creates too large a demand on the Service, it may result in access to the Content being temporarily disabled. You agree that Letsupp Krushi will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Service for any reason.
Letsupp Krushi disclaims any and all liabilities and claims made against us and which may arise against us as Letsupp Krushi is a platform which provides information related to agriculture and do not provide any personal opinion and advise to You. While Letsupp Krushi attempts to make the User Content completely safe, you, and not Letsupp Krushi, are solely responsible for the Content you upload, download, Content, email, transmit, store, sale of product or services, purchase of product or services by using Letsupp Krushi platform or otherwise make available through your use of the Service. You agree that Letsupp Krushi will not be liable to you or to any third party for any user who irregularly accesses your Content. The Services and all included Content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied all user-generated Content available through the Service is owned by their respective owners and Letsupp Krushi is not responsible in any manner for that Content. We are not necessarily agreeing to the content provided or uploaded by the User as blog, personal opinion and otherwise on the Letsupp Krushi platform.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the law of India and any dispute difference, controversy or claim (“Dispute”) arising between the you and Letsupp Krushi shall be referred to and settled by way of arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any subsequent enactment or amendment thereto (the “Arbitration Act”). The decision of the Arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the Parties. The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be ______ , India. The language of the arbitration shall be in English.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the law of India.

Assignment:

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Letsupp Krushi without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.

Entire Agreement/Severability:

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Letsupp Krushi in connection with the application, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Letsupp Krushi concerning the application. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Modification of Terms of Service:

We may modify the Terms upon notice to you at any time through a service announcement or by sending an email to your primary email address. If the Terms are modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with the use of the Services, you may terminate your use by deactivating or deleting your account.
